Our Management Team

Mr. Gari Mugova is the Founding Chairman of the Group, providing strategic leadership and guiding the organization’s long-term vision, growth and corporate governance. As the founder, he has been instrumental in shaping the Group into a diversified business with a strong reputation for operational excellence, innovation and sustainable value creation across multiple sectors.

He is a Management Accountant and Procurement Specialist, and a qualified member of both the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS). Mr. Mugova brings extensive experience spanning the mining, hospitality, engineering and energy sectors, having previously held key positions in the platinum mining sector where he developed expertise in strategic procurement, financial management, supply chain optimization and corporate leadership.

As Founding Chairman, he sets the Group’s overall strategic direction, drives corporate growth initiatives and provides oversight of the procurement function across the organization. He also serves on the boards of several Group companies and affiliated organizations, including Shingar Investments Zambia, Shingar Investments South Africa and FC Platinum Football Club.

Dr. David Mbambe is the Head of Operations for Zambia and South Africa, where he oversees the delivery of technical operations and leads the successful execution of complex projects across both markets. Since joining the company in 2018, he has played a pivotal role in strengthening operational performance, driving service excellence and supporting sustainable business growth.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, specializing in Telecommunications and Networks, Dr. Mbambe brings a strong technical foundation and extensive operational expertise to his leadership role. He is responsible for managing technical operations, overseeing tendering processes and ensuring the successful planning and delivery of customer solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Committed to continuous professional development, Dr. Mbambe is currently completing a Medical Doctorate, reflecting his passion for lifelong learning and multidisciplinary excellence. He is dedicated to building high-performing teams, fostering operational excellence and delivering solutions that create lasting value for customers and stakeholders alike.

Mrs. Shingi Mugova is the Group Finance Director and a Founding Director of the organization, providing strategic financial leadership and guiding the Group’s financial management and long-term growth. As a founding member of the business, she has been instrumental in establishing robust financial systems, governance structures and sustainable business practices.

She holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Her career includes valuable experience in both the private and public sectors, having worked at National Foods Zimbabwe in the Finance Department and at the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority in the Domestic Taxes Department.

As Group Finance Director, she leads the finance function across the organization, overseeing financial planning and reporting, budgeting, costing, cash flow management, tax compliance, risk management and strategic financial decision-making. Known for her analytical approach and financial discipline, she continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening the organization’s financial performance.

Ms. Rumbi Tsiga is the Group Administration Manager, responsible for providing strategic leadership across the Group’s Human Resources, Administration, Sales and Marketing functions. Since joining the organization in 2020, she has played a key role in strengthening internal operations, enhancing organizational efficiency and supporting the company’s continued growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and brings a strong background in customer relations, risk management and business administration. Prior to joining, Ms. Tsiga worked at First Capital Bank Zimbabwe, where she gained valuable experience in the Customer Service and Retail Credit Risk departments.

In her current role, she oversees the Group’s human capital strategy, administrative operations and commercial support functions, and provides leadership to the Sales and Marketing teams. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Ms. Tsiga is a certified hemp grower and contributes to the operations of Shingar Farms, supporting the development of sustainable agricultural initiatives.

Brad is an agronomist, hemp and cannabis production specialist and agricultural consultant with extensive experience in crop production and farm management. A graduate of Blackfordby College and Chinhoyi University, he has been actively involved in the agricultural sector since 2018, specializing in the cultivation, production and management of hemp and cannabis.

As an experienced grower, he has worked with farmers and agribusinesses to develop sustainable production systems, improve crop performance and implement best agricultural practices. His expertise spans commercial cultivation, genetics, agronomy and production management. Brad is also Co-Founder of the African Landrace Association and Standard Genetics, organizations dedicated to preserving African cannabis genetics and advancing sustainable cultivation.

As Production Manager he oversees agricultural operations, production planning and the implementation of modern farming practices that support high-quality, commercially viable hemp production. Driven by a passion for agricultural innovation, he continues to champion sustainable farming, genetic preservation and knowledge sharing throughout the region.
